I have been into health and fitness for many years, but nevertheless experienced a time of falling off when I traveled down a negative path. To regain my healthy body and mind I successfully focused on 3 points: Mindset, Eating Habits, and Fitness.
After realizing the value and power of this method, I created the Fit Y!d Academy where I utilize my experience and knowledge in coaching others to live active, passionate, healthy lives. My passion is to coach busy working people in Mindset, Eating Habits, and Fitness, guiding them in achieving a life full of energy, confidence, and strength.
