Having grown up in a rabbinic and cantorial family, Avi was exposed to Jewish music at an early age when as a child he would sing with some of the renowned cantors who would perform at his father’s congregation in South River, NJ. Avi pursued a musical path throughout high school and at Yeshiva University where he was the lead Tenor saxophonist in the college Jazz Ensemble and where he also studied cantorial liturgy at the famous Belz School of Jewish Music.
After college, Avi joined the New York based Ruach Orchestra, one of the most popular New York Jewish wedding bands, where he performed alongside many Jewish celebrity recording artists and spent over a year in Israel performing with a well known Israeli band at weddings and other celebrations throughout the country.
In 1997, Avi decided to form his own entertainment company and handpicked a group of musicians and other entertainers from his network of the many fantastic performers he met throughout the years. The result has been an incredible group of scintillating talent consisting of superb musicians, vocalists, DJ’s and dance motivators that infuse each and every event with unbridled excitement and energy. We are proud to have achieved a reputation for supreme excellence and professionalism and to have gained the trust of caterers and other industry professionals throughout the tri-state area and beyond.
