What are your normal shipping times?
International orders will take between 10-30 business days. US orders will take approximately 10-25 business days, please note that there can be some variation in shipping times due to different countries custom's procedures. Currently furniture and lighting items are only available for US shipping. Shipping for these items is also free and generally take 3-10 days depending on warehouse location and state its being shipped to.
Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order! If you are unhappy with your purchase once it arrives, you're welcome to email our customer care team who will then advise you on how to return it for a refund or gift voucher. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
