Hi,I’m Meg Fisher in Marietta, GA and I make custom tallitot and chuppot for your special simcha or just because! I can start from a design you have in mind or show you a few designs to get started. Matching (or unique) challah covers are also available and can be personalized.
Custom tallitot prices start around $325 (depending on the cost of the fabric) and come with a matching bag. Chuppot prices start around $350. Meg made my daughter the most beautiful Tallis. She is so easy to work with and so flexible. We did everything over zoom. Meg helped us pick out custom fabric from overseas ( you don’t need to use her fabric). And made the process easy & fun! The turn around time was very quick.

Elite Tallit made a Tallit for my son’s bar mitzvah using my wedding gown. The whole process was so easy and Meg was so wonderful to work with. She was patient with all my questions, so helpful in making decisions and was highly responsive throughout the whole process. Even when I needed something added to the Tallit two years later she was so willing to help me and went out of her way to make things easier for me. And she does beautiful work! Would highly recommend!

She was spot on with her suggestions. She incorporated my son’s interest in the Israeli armed forces. The colors and total design were a one of a kind masterpiece. She is quite talented and the price was quite fair.

Meg of Elite Tallit did a beautiful job converting a cashmere scarf from Istanbul into a Tallis. She was so responsive and flexible with our unique design request, and her hand painting and sewing of the atarah was perfect. I highly recommend her!

We were so pleased to have been recommended by a friend to Elite Tallit. My father passed away right before my son’s bar mitzvah and Meg was able to take his ties and make a beautiful Tallit.And not only did she do that but as a surprise she made a bag for the Tallis From my father’s ties. She made it such a special item for us for our sons bar mitzvah and it has so much meaning because it was made from my fathers ties. We will cherish this tallis forever. The entire process from selecting back drop material to helping guide us with what color choices would look best, Meg was a pleasure to work with. Meg takes a collaborative approach from beginning to end of a sewing project and consults with the client at each step. She is meticulous about her work, whether it’s alterations or designing and creating a tallit. I’ve been impressed with how she balances her creativity with her ability to be detail oriented. In addition, she is willing to experiment and doesn’t shy away from a challenge, i.e. creating the prayer for the collar of the tallit, until it is completed to her and the customer’s satisfaction. I have been very pleased with her work and have had several compliments on the tallit she made for me. I highly recommend Meg.
