I feel blessed to be part of Chaim’s Fit Yid Academy, his passion, patience and guidance motivates me to be a healthier person in mind, healthy nutrition & strength. I learned in this program how living healthy is a way of life and it is a game changer to live with intention it affects the way i eat, sleep, work and to be productive throughout my day. Chaim guides you with a nutrition guide, workout exercises, coach & group calls. Chaim keeps you accountable to yourself which is the best part as i feel all my wins will last with me forever! I really enjoyed working with Chaim and the Fit Yid Academy! Working with Fit Yid Academy helped me push myself to accomplish goals I couldn’t conquer on my own. In the past I have been on and off different diets and have worked with different nutritionists and personal trainers. However, non have compared to Chaim and what the academy has to offer. He is there every step of the way and with your tailored fitness program you have no choice but to be successful. I recommend Chaim to anyone looking to change their lives for the better.

I’ve been blessed to have taken the journey with Chaim from FITYID academy and personally worked on my mental and physical weaknesses. During my time with his program I’ve learned to make everlasting REAL life changes to the way I view life and to my physical well being. Not only did I become a much more calm and collected foreman on job sites I run I also found I developed more energy and was more energetic when running from place to place during my day. It’s unbelievable to see how these simple yet extremely effective habits you’ll learn with Chaim can change your life!
