Hi, I’m Jamie.
A busy wife and mom of four daughters (one with a food allergy), a huge dog, and a certified nutritionist with more than 20 years of experience helping my clients improve their health by improving their nutrition.
I’ve been a nutritionist for more than 20 years. I have a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Studies from New York University. My dietetic internship was at Mount Sinai Medical Center, and I am an accredited member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and The American Association of Diabetes Educators.
As a nutritionist, I’ve helped families of all types improve their health, even those suffering from severe conditions like obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and hypertension. Everyone is different and has unique nutritional needs.
In my family, we balance the various tastes and eating habits of four daughters, one with Celiac’s disease, and all within the structure of a Kosher and gluten-free diet. I know firsthand how challenging it is to balance the health and diet needs of a family!
The good news is, proper nutrition and optimal health are possible, once you know what to do, and once it is made easy for you.
