This stunning 15 bedroom beachfront estate offer guests a magical South Asian experience. Sitting atop a bluff on a stretch of white sand beach on central south coast of Sri Lanka, these two villas command a panoramic view of brilliant blue waters rolling in among headlands, reefs, and sandbars. Our full staff and service teams include private butlers, chefs, housekeepers, concierge service, and security—all exclusively yours.  Many activities and amenities are included in standard rates, allowing guests to enjoy as much relaxation, adventure, and cultural experience as desired.

The sprawling beachfront compound was designed to offer large groups and families an exclusive and pampered vacation. Created by Reda Amalou and AW2 of Paris, the property combines contemporary tropical architecture with the finest bespoke finishes and furnishings. The facility itself includes a spa, oversized oceanfront pools, dedicated children’s pools with exciting waterslides, and a plethora of spaces for dining and entertainment. An event pavilion and related facilities allow the property to host a wide range of events including weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs and corporate retreats. To make sure all of your needs are met our staff includes a tennis pro, personal trainer, kids activities coordinators, massage therapists and more.

Venture beyond the estate to explore magical Sri Lanka— leopard-spotting at the nation’s game reserves, tea tasting at the highlands’ plantations, the World Heritage Site at Galle —or simply settle in for quality time to reconnect. All prices include three glatt kosher meals prepared by the on-site chef in addition to kosher all-day snacks and kosher cocktail service.

Our luxury amenities include: a yoga pavilion, state of the art fitness center, a tennis and shuffleboard court.
