- The biggest difference between the two sailings are the ships. The July cruise is on Royal Caribbean’s new, Ovation of the Seas.
- The July Alaska cruise has a designated private dining room, which limits our number of guests and creates a more boutique culinary experience.
- Victoria, B.C. is on Shabbat in August. Victoria is on Thursday in July. The July Ovation cruise affords you an extra port day in a location.
- Holland America requires that all restaurant meals be served a la carte. We actually love this option as it gives us a formal setting for all meals. Nobody creates a menu like Kosherica.
