Moshie Solomon received his B.A. cum laudefrom Brandeis University and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
Since his admission to the New York bar in 2001, Mr. Solomon has been almost exclusively engaged in the practice of bankruptcy law. His practice concentrates on consumer bankruptcy matters, creditors rights, bankruptcy litigation and corporate dissolutions. Throughout his career, he has represented individuals, corporations, landlords, and government entities. Mr. Solomon has also represented bankruptcy trustees in chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
Mr. Solomon is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the New York City Bar Association, where he has served on the Committee on Professional and Judicial Ethics. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School, where he teaches a course on Bankruptcy.
Mr. Solomon is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
