A CULINARY EXPERIENCE BY DALESY TRAITEUR
With over 10 years of experience in high-end events, DALESY TRAITEUR prides itself on the freshness and quality of its products, generosity, and the meticulous and colorful presentation of its dishes. Our goal is to deliver an unforgettable culinary experience, respecting traditions and paying close attention to detail.
Led by Chef Shlomo Corcos, the kitchen team will elevate every Passover meal. The pastry team, headed by Chef Baroudi, will showcase its renowned creations.
All dishes are prepared under the strict supervision of KEHAL YEREÏM PARIS, led by Rav Katz Shlita. The Chomrim team constantly monitors kitchen production to ensure the highest Kashrut standards. Everything is guaranteed Kitniyot-free and Gebrokts-free – Glatt Kosher Lamehadrin.
On festival days, we will serve exceptional Kiddushim, reflecting our gastronomic standards. Children’s meals will be specially crafted by a dedicated chef, ensuring their complete satisfaction.

The Minos Imperial Resort, located on Crete’s northern coast, is a true haven of luxury. With a capacity of 320 rooms accommodating up to 1,000 guests, we are limiting reservations to just 400 guests to ensure maximum comfort and privacy for everyone.
