Renaissance Ballroom is owned by Pinny Freed its exclusive caterer. Pinny is a natural when it comes to catering and has used his innate talent to elevate the level of kosher cuisine. The food at The Renaissance prepared by Chef Igor Selenzyou along with Chef Yidi Fishman is renowned for its exceptional quality and taste. Igor Selenzyou is a culinary expert with 25 years of experience and boasts a degree in food preparation and presentation. Yidi Fishman has been a Chef for over a decade. He loves what he does and it shines through time and again in all his work!
The office staff is trained to accommodate and implement each customers request down to the last detail. Each event is custom catered to suit the client’s preference and specific needs. They work hand in hand with the devoted kitchen staff and waiters to ensure a flawless and memorable event.
