Kasherus Kitchen
Under strict supervision of the Montreal KSR (Chief Rabbi David Sabbah).
Meat is Mehadrin, the Mashgiach (supervisors always in kitchen) lights the fire. We do not use Kitniot nor rice. Non Gebroks. All dairy products are Cholov Ysroel.

Unique to Sivan Tours is our ability to prepare delicious Glatt kosher for Pesach cuisine under strict supervision. We offer the finest French cuisine, tea room. Our master chefs specialize in nutritious well balanced and beautifully prepared and presented meals.
Sedarim: All seders will be semi-private family style and will take place in 3 separate dining rooms.
Synagogues: Two daily minyanim (Ashkenaz and Sephardic), Daf Yomi, Lectures.
Fitness Facilities: An exercise room is provided right next to the pool, whirlpool and sauna with a full range of training equipment so you can keep up with your regular workouts.
