Pearlstone is located in Reisterstown, Maryland, just 25-minutes from BWI Airport and Baltimore’s Penn Station.
Pearlstone’s Sukkot retreat, affectionately named, Sukkahfest, is a joyous, diverse, and nature-filled gathering for Jews of all ages and backgrounds. Sukkahfest 2024 includes the first days of the holiday and the following Shabbat at Pearlstone.
Join us for inspiring Jewish learning, spirited singing, kosher farm-to-table meals, activities, classes and fun on 180 acres of lush forest, rolling hills, wild meadows, and organic farmland. We offer the highest quality organic kosher meals, under supervision of the Orthodox Union. We can accommodate many dietary restrictions including gluten free, nut-free, egg-free and more.
This year, Dov Rosenblatt, will be leading the Traditional Orthodox Mechitza Minyan. Dov Rosenblatt is a singer, songwriter, producer, composer, and teacher. In 2001, Dov started a Jewish rock band called Blue Fringe, with his friends from Yeshiva University, and they went on to play hundreds of concerts over 8 years all over the United States, Israel, Australia, South Africa, the UK, and Canada. Since then, Dov has written music together with his current band, Distant Cousins, that has been featured in several films, tv shows, and commercials and has composed original score for a TV series called ‘Impostors’ (Netflix) and several DreamWorks Animation series.
There will also be a Traditional Egalitarian Minyan and alternative soulful prayer space with Chana Raskin, founder and facilitator of RAZA. Her debut album KAPELYA was released by Rising Song Records in February 2023, followed by sold-out concerts in NYC, Jerusalem and Los Angeles. Chana leads RAZA circles—meditative nigun deep dives—for diverse communities around the world.
2024 Accommodations & Pricing
We have two main types of lodging – standard rooms feature private bathrooms with one or two queen beds, while the Garden Lodge Dorms have twin beds and mostly shared bathrooms. Children’s rates assume sharing a room with at least one adult (13+), regardless of lodging style. More details about our lodging options can be found here.
- Standard Room Multiple Occupancy per adult: $755 per person
- Single Occupancy (one adult 13+): $1080 per person
- Garden Lodge Dorm Rooms: $580 per adult
- Youth ages 5 – 12: $360 per person
- Youth ages 2 – 4: $140 per person
- Infants up to 2 years: free, but must register
Kids Programming
We look forward to welcoming your family to our campus! We offer programming for children ages 2-12. At our holiday retreats, children will have the opportunity to explore the land, forest and farm. All activities are Shabbat and holiday friendly.
