Full side by side refrigerator/freezer and full stove which is for Meat only. Separate burner for Dairy. Microwave, Crock pot, Hot plate & Shabbos Hot water Urn. Two separate sinks with the two separate counters . All dishes are clearly labeled. The laundry room is right off the kitchen area. The hallway has a large linen closet with an abundance of towels and additional linen, blankets and pillows. “Negel Vasser “sets are also provided.
There is everything you need for Shabbos available in this villa. Becher (Kiddush Cup) Leichter (Candle Sticks), Besomim & Havdalah Candle. Shabbos Tishticher (tablecloths), Benchers, plastic tablecloths & Glassware. Challah Covers & basically anything else you would have in your own kitchen.
Bedroom # 1
This room has two large 48inch size beds. There is a large closet. There is brand new ceiling fan for your convenience. The beds, dresser and furniture is of excellent quality.
Bedroom # 2
Two twin Size beds. Large Size Closet and dresser in room. There is a ceiling fan.
Bedroom # 3
This room has 2 Twin size beds with a night table and small closet. This room has a private bathroom with a stand up shower and sink. The bathroom is of new quality and looks and feels like new.
Large Living room/Dining room with sliding glass doors overlooking the stunning kidney shaped pool and attached jacuzzi that seats 6 comfortably. The pool is heated during the winter season from Nov 1 thru April 1. The temp is approx 85-90 degrees. The heater runs 6-8 hours per day and keep the pool water warm NOT HOT.
Living Room has a light brown leather couch set, seating for 6, coffee table. Dining Room set with 8 chairs. House comes with Free WIFI and Internet access.
This villa also has a Washer & Dryer for your convenience. This villa DOES NOT have a TV.
The pool has a removable baby guard around it. The back yard is very well lit. The whole property is well lit and is completely gated from all sides. Private Driveway for 1 car with additional ample street parking as well for guests. There is plenty of outdoor furniture for your comfort. There is a swing set and a large Avocado Tree. When in season you are welcome to take home some Florida Avocados.
