Michael Schick will be the head of the food and beverage operations, and along with his amazing culinary team, he will be coordinating our outstanding gourmet cuisine under the Glatt Kosher supervision of International Kosher Mehadrin, Rabbi Berel Simpser Rav Hamachshir.
